An Experience of Hungarian Creativity - Budapest Select Presentation at Milan Fashion Week

The Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency (HFDA) is set to showcase a curated selection of Hungarian fashion and creative industry brands, alongside artists, at a special event. On the19th of September, 2024, guests are invited to the Budapest Select Presentation, held at Casa degli Artisti in Milan. With the professional support of Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI), the event is part of the official Milan Fashion Week calendar.

The Budapest Select Presentation promises a unique experience where fashion, design, and beauty converge. Taking place at the exclusive Casa degli Artisti venue in the heart of Milan, the event will feature the latest Spring/Summer 2025 collections from eight Hungarian fashion brands: BORBALA, CHOKASSY, CUKOVY, JUDIT BÁRÁNY, KATA SZEGEDI, NANUSHKA, SOLÆR, and ZSIGMOND. This marks the first time these brands will be showcased at an independent venue, organized solely by the HFDA, further solidifying Hungary’s international presence in the fashion and creative industries. Budapest Select, an umbrella brand created to enhance the visibility of Hungarian talent abroad, plays a key role in unifying communication thus supporting international exposure.

In addition to fashion brands, the presentation will spotlight designers and artists, offering a broader glimpse into Hungary’s creative landscape. The event will feature works from leading designers and artists such as &Famke, Anna Cserba, Balázs Veres, David Nemeth, ERROR N' MORE, HORA, Julia Nema, KOMONKA, Meander, Mónika Üveges, Nora Szirmai, Petra Szondi, sarakele studio, Studio Arkitekter, and UTO. Adding to the immersive experience, luxury skincare brand Omorovicza will showcase products inspired by Budapest.
