Hungarian Beauty Brands to Showcase on a Collective Stand in Bologna

The Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency (HFDA) is launching a call for applications for Hungarian beauty industry brands and manufacturers. The winning applicants can showcase on a collective stand under the Budapest Select umbrella brand at one of the world’s most significant beauty industry trade shows, Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna. Taking place from 26 to 29 March 2026, the exhibition offers a valuable opportunity for brands to successfully increase their visibility in front of key players in the global market and strengthen their international professional networks.

Cosmoprof, held regularly for over half a century, attracts approximately 250,000 visitors and tens of thousands of exhibitors each year. The professional exhibition is a strategically important event for the global beauty industry where the most defining international manufacturers, distributors, packaging material developers, and service providers meet and present their newest products and technologies. The exhibition attracts a broad professional audience, providing a unique platform for effective business negotiations and collaborations during the event.

The call aims to enable domestic brands appearing on the Hungarian stand to enter the international market or strengthen their existing presence abroad under the Budapest Select umbrella brand, within a unified and high-quality environment. Nationally coordinated participation can thus successfully support the international business development of Hungarian beauty brands and facilitate the establishment of their long-term market presence. We primarily invite applications from brands that develop their products based on Hungary’s natural heritage. They are also committed to avoiding harmful substances, using healthy and skin-friendly approaches, and high-quality ingredients, and pay special attention to sustainable manufacturing and environmentally friendly solutions. Preference will be given to applicants who can certify the purity of their products, eco-friendly waste recycling practices, and innovations that support the skin microbiome. For a successful presence, they must have a consistent visual identity and a comprehensive marketing package. The HFDA will select the winners of the tender with the involvement of a professional advisory board.
