The almost 10-year-old SDD is the most important domestic forum of the profession. Every year, the domestic service design community and interested parties gather to present the latest results and trends to each other. In addition to service design topics, inspiring presentations can also be heard on the broader application areas of service design, such as branding, customer experience, employee experience, but the event will also be attended by decision-makers and company managers, with whom they will discuss corporate culture, innovation and the implementation options of service design projects. they talk at the conference.
