SORĠI Budapest - Exhibition

AHA Objects is an emerging design studio founded by Anna Horváth. The studio is Malta and Hungary based with international collaborations.
AHA’s latest project: SORĠI is a creative system, recycling construction waste. With structurally simple solutions and site-specific designs, SORĠI turns construction waste into interactive outdoor furniture for public spaces, providing practical solutions for the alternative use of the sheer amount of discarded materials that keeps accumulating on the planet.
SORĠI pieces can be already found in Malta's private homes and public spaces, but also in Milan and New York. This year a new collection was developed for Budapest public spaces that will be produced with one of Hungary’s leading construction waste management company.
The Design Week offers a glimpse to the world of SORĠI in the freshly opened contemporary art gallery: Rechnitzer.
The event is open to the public.
