Darnell-Jamal Lisby is a fashion historian and Assistant Curator of the Cleveland Museum of Art, focusing on creating and developing fashion related exhibitions. His recent work also includes his assistance in the curation of the Willi Smith: Street Couture exhibition at Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum. In addition to consistently lending his voice to digital projects and curatorial efforts at various museums across the United States and abroad, he contributes to mainstream and academic publications, such as Teen Vogue, Cultured Magazine, and the Fashion and Race Database.
