ABOUT THE BRAND
DEGA Design was founded by Ágnes Deli and Endre Gaál, a couple of artists and designers. They design and create unique, small-scale products, so-called art-design objects, taking into account the social and ecological aspects of design. They apply a unique approach, while at the same time use a needs-oriented practice in design. The primary aspect is the use of recycled materials and objects. Wood, glass, metal, etc. are given a new look. As a result, the products are identical in concept, but varied in implementation.
ABOUT THE EXHIBITED OBJECT
DEGA BV - bioverz-glass
The nonstandard shape is created using a nonstandard technique, ensuring the product's absolute uniqueness. Each piece is made by glassblowing into individually assembled bark molds, followed by cold working, minimizing the ecological footprint. This results in a versatile glass suitable for various uses.
