Flying Objects wins the Red Dot Award for the second time

Flying Objects Design Studio was selected from thousands of applicants in the Design Concept category of the Red Dot Award in 2018, making it the studio’s second time to win the award. The contest has been held since 2005, and has been followed with great interest around the whole world. Considered the most prominent acknowledgement in the world of design, the award is given by a professional jury to designers who are likely to become future pioneers with their products. Due to its renowned status, the award also means a guarantee of quality for potential customers.

Flying Objects was first recognised by the judges of the Red Dot Award in 2015, for its cooperation with the startup Hand-In-Scan on a design for a hand hygiene scanner. In 2018 its second idea to win the judges’ approval was a foldable, easily transportable wheelbarrow. The design process took nearly a year, and now preparations for production are underway, so we can soon see these wheelbarrows in anyone’s garden.
