DESIGNER NAME: Debóra Horák

BRAND DESCRIPTION: My name is Debóra Horák, the founder of HORA design. I currently live in Budapest. My works give me the opportunity to use countless materials, such as wood, cement, and paper. I try to develop my own creative identity, which mostly includes the designing process and execution of household ceramic objects and small statues.

This application offers a great opportunity for my professional development and the realization of my plans. We all spend most of our lives in our homes, mainly because of the situation that has developed in the last three years. Interior architecture, design, and negotiation greatly influence the radiance of our interior spaces and thus their effect on us.

In my ceramic work, I try to make my creations reflect the materialization of visual trends in the material world. The utility objects I create are based on contrast, and the emotional impulse that awakens in the observer is transformed into a feeling of comfort by the geometrically well-interpretable form world. I create the press molds, shape the material, and make the final touches; therefore, I engage with my products from concept to implementation.
