The vibrant colours of summer nature dominate the creations of the Hungarian designers: lavender, grass, lime, and they use materials and textures just as profusely. Designers draw inspiration from their own personal stories, which appears in their products’ concepts, the choice of form, material and pattern usage alike. Besides the fashion show, the creations of four Hungarian designers – ALMA, Kata Szegedi, NINI, and ZIA – will also appear at the Fashion Hub Exhibition.

The HFDA fills the months following the Milano Fashion Week with Hungarian fashion and design events: the Fashion&Design Autumn thematic event series includes events like the 360 Design Budapest exhibition, the Budapest Central European Fashion Week, or the Budapest Fashion & Tech Summit, which introduce talented contemporary Hungarian designers and their collections to the world.
