Terike from Budapest x Nyolcésfél Exhibition

The concept of Terike from Budapest’s exhibition shines a light on the often invisible creative process behind garments, paintings, photographs, and other artworks. How many sketches, designs, and patterns, how many failed prototypes and phase images must be discarded before reaching the "perfect" piece? How many stages of transformation does an artwork undergo, taking on different forms along the way?
Through this exhibition, the artists will share insights into their multi-step, labor-intensive processes, revealing the reality behind the over-mystified and underpaid work of creators. Accompanying the exhibition, open days will be held in the dynamic spaces and studios of Nyolcésfél, offering visitors a deeper connection to the artistic journey.
The exhibition's opening will be organized on 17 October from 19:00.
The event is open to the public.
